Your 3-Step JOY Reset Inside 🌟

September always feels like a reset button - new routines, sharpened pencils, fresh calendars. But along with the reset comes stress: schedules fill up, inboxes overflow, and suddenly we’re running on fumes.

That’s why this month, I want to introduce you to my favorite workout: JOY REPS.

Just like you build muscles at the gym with consistent reps, you can build joy as a muscle - not a fleeting feeling. The more you practice, the stronger and more resilient you become, even when life feels heavy.

🏋️ YOUR 3-STEP JOY RESET (ONE REP!)

Step 1: Pause + Presence

Hand on heart, hand on belly. Feel your breath. Say: “I am grounded. I am here.”

Step 2: YES AND

“Yes, I feel stressed… AND I notice how good my coffee smells.”
“Yes, today is overwhelming… AND the sky is extra blue.”

Step 3: Smile

Even a half-smile sends a message of safety to your brain and shifts your chemistry.

 

That’s it. That’s one JOY REP. ✅

WHY IT MATTERS?

The world won’t stop being complex. But when you practice JOY REPS, you give your nervous system a lifeline. You remind yourself that joy isn’t something you stumble on—it’s something you train for.

And like any workout, it gets easier the more you show up.
