🥞Pancakes for Two

This morning could have gone a hundred different ways.
Instead, it went toward pancakes.

These pancakes aren’t fancy. They aren’t complicated. They are simple, nourishing, and made with love — which makes them a five-star Micro-JOY™ in my book.

This recipe is for slow mornings, messy kitchens, and choosing the tiny moment that’s actually going right. It’s for two people, a whole lot of heart, and the gentle reminder that joy doesn’t require perfection — only presence.

PANCAKE RECIPE

  • 1 cup Kodiak pancake mix

  • 1 cup water

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 bananas

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • A whole lotta ❤️

Approximately 30 grams of protein in one serving!!
